London’s Chinatown in the West End
A random fact that I love — the oldest Chinatown in the UK is in Liverpool, not in London. 
Shanghai soup dumpling are known for their intricate preparation process, which involves making a delicate dumpling skin and a gelatinous broth that melts upon steaming.
